As founder of the National Hall of Fame Awards, and organiser with my son Oliver, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the different breed Societies and in particular the Secretary's, for their help and co-operation in bringing to fruition what has now become one of the annual highlights in the Agri Social Calendar.

May I say to all Nominees, you have been acclaimed by your fellow breeders and respective Breed Societies, as the person, who over the years, has given your time, expertise, dedication and commitment for the betterment of your Breed.
We congratulate and compliment you for your outstanding service and hope that you will always remember the occasion with fondness and pride. The attendance at the banquets, of your Presidents and Chairpersons underlines the importance of the occasion and their respect and admiration for you.
My wish for the future is, that the National Hall of Fame Awards will continue to recognise and acknowledge the gallant persons in the Bovine, Equine, and Ovine industries, who continue to give so freely of their time and expertise, for the betterment of their breeds.
